How it works

You qualify for a full refund if you both complete the course in full and on time, and you each independently report no improvement at all over your Week 1 baseline ratings.

To qualify, each partner must:

• Watch every required video (bonus videos are excluded)
• Complete every worksheet
• Complete every exercise
• Do all of the above in the manner prescribed and on time, with no delays
• Attend all 4 live sessions with me
• Provide all required Voxer updates

Please note

• Both of you, together. The guarantee applies to the two of you as a couple. Both partners must meet every requirement.
• Let me know within one week. To request a refund, you must tell me via Voxer within one week of completing the course.
• Staying on pace matters. Falling behind on homework disqualifies you from the guarantee.
• Live sessions. Missing a session disqualifies you. A session is forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time or don’t show up. If you are not logged in at the start of the session, I will stay on for 15 minutes before logging off. If you are not logged in by then, it counts as a no-show.
• Replacement sessions. You can book an additional session for $375, but a forfeited session still disqualifies you from the guarantee.
• Your Week 1 ratings are the baseline. Your results are measured against the ratings you each submit in Week 1.
